Visual Design
For many of our clients, the visual design stage is “the fun part” of the development process. You finally begin to see the fruits of your labor. Well, we like this part too.
We liken the visual design process to the staging of new house. As with a well built home, you can be assured that your new website is built on a solid foundation.
Throughout the visual design process Big Heart Design will provide you with many options as you begin to decorate your new website. Typically, we will offer a series of treatments based on findings from the visual design workshop. The treatments will create a framework for further development. Once the final design treatment is decided upon, we will then build a design system that translates across all pages of your new website or online application.
The final deliverable varies from client-to-client. In some cases we will deliver PhotoShop files, but for others, they request that we develop fully coded CSS. This really depends upon your needs and capabilities.
Matt’s one of the few people I know who not only has high ideals for what the Web can do for his clients, but can turn those ideals into to practical, measurable Web projects. His ideas represent what the Web is meant to be.
