Coach
Many of our clients have the staff and resources to produce a project, but they ask us to coach them through the process of development.
Big Heart Design will coach your project team through any and all of the steps of our user-centered design process. You will be assigned a project coach who will conduct an initial assessment of your project’s status and goals. With your coach, a production schedule outlining project goals and responsibilities will be developed. Your coach will meet with you throughout the project to educate, make sure that deadlines are being met, answer questions, or simply keep spirits high.
In a project such as this which could easily bog down in trivia and details, you have helped us to keep the big picture before us. By keeping us focused on the important issues this has allowed easy resolution of the details when they arose. You've kept us on track in this project. Your creative approach of getting us to talk to the users of our site allowed us to redesign the site so that it will work better for them. We have appreciated your management skills and design vision which has enabled us to productively move through this important project.
