We believe that organizations should always strive to perfect the Web experience for their constituency. And it often helps to have a second set of eyes give you another perspective of your website.
As part of our assessment offering, Big Heart Design will review your current website or online application and produce an extensive assessment document that outlines suggestions for improvement. Areas of assessment will include: content, information architecture, usability, visual design, and site awareness.
Additionally, our assessment documents can include a project schedule with phases. Due to budget constraints or staff limitations, it isn’t always wise to attempt the complete launch of all suggested offerings. We will work with your project team to create a schedule that outlines a phased launch of new offerings that meets your organization’s goals.
Matt’s one of the few people I know who not only has high ideals for what the Web can do for his clients, but can turn those ideals into to practical, measurable Web projects. His ideas represent what the Web is meant to be.
